Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to make billing and account management as transparent as possible for all Draft Out users.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Draft Out subscription at any time.
- How to cancel: Simply log into your Draft Out account, navigate to the Billing/Subscription dashboard, and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Effect of cancellation: Once canceled, you will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles. You will retain full access to all paid features of Draft Out until the end of your current, already-paid billing period.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made to Draft Out are final and non-refundable.
Draft Out operates on a "freemium" model. We offer a robust free tier that allows users to manage up to 3 clients and create up to 5 training plans at no cost. This free plan serves as a comprehensive, risk-free trial period, giving you the full opportunity to test and evaluate the Service's features, functionality, and suitability for your coaching business before making any financial commitment.
Upgrading to a paid subscription simply removes the usage limits of the free tier. Because you have the ability to fully evaluate the application prior to upgrading, we do not offer refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for canceled subscriptions, partially used billing periods, or accidental purchases.
3. Contacting Us About Billing
If you experience technical issues preventing you from canceling your subscription, or if you believe there has been a critical billing error on the part of our payment processor, please reach out to us immediately at hello@draftout.app. We will work with our Merchant of Record to investigate the transaction.
